In April 2004, the international certifying organization SGS conducted a certification audit in “Neochim” PLC, and it issued a certificate for conformity with the requirements of the standard ISO 9001:2000. The certificate is in effect since 26.04.2004. The quality system has the scope of “manufacturing and Trading with Mineral Fertilizers, Inorganic and Organic Chemical Products”. The accreditation of the certificate is by UKAS, under the patronage of her Majesty Elizabeth the Second, Queen of the United Kingdom.

Efficient functioning of the system is carried out through observance of the basic principle of “Quality Management – an Integral Part of the Management of the Company”.

The managerial body of “Neochim” PLC applies and maintains a policy of quality, which is oriented towards satisfying of requirements and expectations of its clients, upon observing of legal requirements concerning products.

The control on functioning of the quality management system includes periodic internal audits by trained internal auditors. The results ascertained are subject to discussion by the Quality Board. The certification organization SGS every year implements a control audit on the certification system.

Neochim PLC permanently follows the information related to perceiving by the client of the degree of satisfying of its requirements.
